Legal framework

We process personal data in accordance with Andorran Law 29/2021 of 28 October on personal data protection (LQPD) and, where applicable, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What we process and why

Contact form: name, email, phone, project type, location and message, to reply to your request and prepare a quote.
Email or phone communications: to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, manage the business relationship.
Web analytics (only if you accept): aggregated usage data to improve the website. See the cookie policy.

Legal basis

Your consent when submitting the form and pre-contractual steps taken at your request. Analytics relies solely on consent.

Retention

Requests that do not lead to an order are kept for a maximum of 12 months. Where there is a contract, for its duration and the applicable legal periods.

Recipients

We do not share data with third parties unless legally required. Our technology providers (web hosting and email, OVHcloud; analytics, self-hosted Matomo and Google, if you accept) act as processors. Google Analytics may involve international transfers subject to the safeguards required by law.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent, by writing to info@knxandorra.com with a copy of your ID. You may lodge a complaint with the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA), www.apda.ad.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access and protection against automated form submissions.
