Business software

Open source software for your business

CRM, invoicing, VPN, shared files: professional open source tools, installed and maintained by us, with your data under your control and no licence to pay for every user.

What usually happens in a small or mid-sized business

  • Data scattered everywhere

Customers in a spreadsheet, quotes in Word, invoices in another program and emails nobody can find.

  • Licences that grow with the team

Every new user is another monthly fee, across several tools at once.

  • You don't know where your data is

Your customers' information lives on third-party servers, under terms that can change.

  • Improvised remote access

Remote desktop open to the internet or folders shared through public links: a real risk.

What we deploy

We choose mature tools with an active community and public documentation. These are the most common, but we deploy any open source software that fits your business: if you have one in mind, we'll look into it.

CRM with Twenty

A modern open source CRM to manage contacts, companies and sales opportunities.

  • Contacts, companies and opportunities
  • Sales pipeline by stage
  • Notes, tasks and follow-ups
  • Integration with email and other tools via API

Invoicing and management with Dolibarr

A modular open source ERP and CRM: turn on only what your business needs.

  • Quotes, orders and invoices
  • Customers, suppliers and payments
  • Products, services and stock
  • Projects, calendar and expenses

VPN with WireGuard or OpenVPN

Secure access to the office, home or multi-site network, without exposing services to the internet.

  • Remote work with access to files and internal apps
  • Links between offices or shops
  • Technician access without exposing devices

Private cloud

Shared files, calendars and contacts on your own server or NAS, for example with Nextcloud.

Password manager

Team passwords centralised and shared securely, instead of notes and spreadsheets.

Backups

Automatic, verified backups of all of the above, with one copy kept off-site.

Open source vs subscription software

Open source doesn't always win. Here's an honest comparison to help you decide.

AspectSelf-hosted open sourceSubscription (SaaS)
LicencesNo per-user costMonthly fee per user
DataOn your server, NAS or a cloud you chooseOn the provider's servers
CustomisationHigh: modules, fields and open codeLimited to what the provider allows
SetupNeeds installation and configurationImmediate
MaintenanceUpdates and backups handled by whoever installs itIncluded in the fee
Lock-inYou can change provider without losing the toolYou depend on the provider's terms and prices

That's why we don't just install it: we keep it updated, back it up and support it, so the maintenance doesn't fall on you.

Where does it run?

It depends on the size of the business and how you work:

  • On a server or NAS in the office: data never leaves your network, and the VPN gives secure access from outside.
  • On a cloud server contracted in your name: reachable from anywhere without relying on the office connection.
  • Hybrid: the application in the cloud and backups on-site, or the other way round.

In every case the server and the data are yours, and we hand over the access details and documentation.

  • Integrated with your network, WiFi and security
  • Per-person users and permissions
  • Training for the team
  • Support and updates

How we do it

  1. 1

    Analysis

We look at how you work today, which tools you use and what data needs migrating.

  2. 2

    Proposal

We choose the applications and where to host them, with a fixed quote.

  3. 3

    Deployment

We install, configure and import existing customers, products or contacts.

  4. 4

    Training and support

We train the team and take care of updates and backups.

Frequently asked questions

Does open source mean free?

There's no licence fee, but installation, hosting, configuration and maintenance do have a cost. The difference is that you don't pay more per user, and the data and the tool remain yours.

Is it secure?

It is if it's maintained: up-to-date software, strong passwords, access via VPN or HTTPS, and backups. That's exactly why maintenance is part of the service.

Can Dolibarr be used for invoicing in Andorra?

Dolibarr lets you configure tax rates, numbering and invoice templates. We set it up with IGI and your company details. For any specific tax requirement, always check with your accountant.

Can you migrate my existing data?

Usually yes: customers, contacts and products can be imported from spreadsheets or exports from other programs. We check this during the analysis.

Do I need a server?

Not necessarily. It can run on a NAS you already have, a small server or in the cloud. We'll recommend the option that best fits your size and way of working.
