Saying "turn off the lights" is handy. But in a professional installation, voice is just one more way to control the home, not the brain of the system.

How it integrates
Depending on the system (KNX, Loxone or others), integration is via a gateway or a manufacturer service. Not every system or function works with every assistant: we check before proposing it.
Voice shouldn't be essential
The installation must work perfectly with switches, automations and the app, even if the assistant or the internet fails.
Precautions
- Opening doors or disarming alarms by voice alone isn't recommended.
- Assistants depend on the manufacturer's cloud.
- It's best to connect them to a network separate from security systems.
